TJ Sparks

Mr. T.J. Sparks, age 90 of Speedwell went to his Heavenly Home in the early morning hours of Tuesday, October 8, 2024. He was a devoted member of Bradens Chapel Baptist Church where he served as Choir Leader for 70 years. He also owned and operated T.J. Sparks Garage for many years. Preceded in death by Parents, Elder W.M. and Leecy (Bean) Sparks, beloved Grandson, Jared Trey Seiber, Sister and Brother-in-law, Winona and Elder J.C. Monday.

He is survived by his loving Wife, Mrs. Jimmie Sue (Parrott) Sparks; Daughter, Jennifer Seiber and Husband, Bill; Longtime friends, Freddie and Wayne Wells, Everett and Jim Claiborne, and Glen and Sewell Wilson; Several other family members and friends, too many to mention. 

The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 10, 2024 from 5:00 – 8:00 PM at Walters Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, October 11, 2024, 11:00 AM at Bradens Chapel Baptist Church with Elder Nick Goins and Elder Trevor Bean officiating. Interment will follow at Bradens Cemetery. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to: Bradens Chapel Cemetery Fund, 3688 Old Middlesboro Hwy., Speedwell, TN 37870.
