Mrs. Sue Cornett age 57 of LaFollette passed away Friday, August 1, 2014. She was a member of Heritage Baptist Church. Preceded in death by Parents, Chester and Lillian Reynolds Smiddy.

Survivors: Husband, Larry Cornett; Son, Thomas Cornett and wife April; Granddaughter, Caitlyn Phillips; Sisters and Brothers, Loretta Smiddy, Bobby Smiddy and wife Libby, Carol Ann Smiddy, Robby Smiddy and wife Debby, Freda Wilder and husband Gordon, Roy Dennis Smiddy and wife Elaine, Rhonda Bruce and husband Rev. Steve Bruce, and Amanda Rutherford and husband Steve; Father-in-law, Don Cornett; Mother-in-law, Irene Cornett; Brother-in-law, Chuck Cornett and wife Jewel; Several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services Saturday 8 P.M. at Walters Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Fred Ward, Rev. Jeff Matherly, and Rev. Steve Bruce officiating. Family and friends will meet Sunday 1:30 P.M. at Walters Funeral Home and proceed to Powell Valley Cemetery and Memorial Gardens for graveside services and interment.
