Shirley F. Rice

Mrs. Shirley F. Rice age 80, of LaFollette, passed away Friday, September 18, 2015.  She was a member of East LaFollette Baptist Church, and a member of Campbell County Cancer Association.  Preceded in death by Husband, Carl H. Rice, Parents, Thomas A. McFarland and Eva Rowe McFarland, Sister and Brother-in-Law, Carolyn Sue and William “Bill” Perkins.

Survivors:  Son, Charles Thomas Rice; Two Granddaughters, Elizabeth Ann Rice and Hannah Leah Rice; Three Great Grandsons, Alexander Hayes Douglas, William Jared Douglas, and Ryan Matthew Douglas; Brother, Edward McFarland and wife, Donna; Brother-in-Law, Paul Rice and wife, Judy; Sister-in-Law, Charlene Potter; Brother-in-Law, J.C. Rice; Special Caregiver, Terina Hatmaker.  Several nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.

Funeral services Wednesday, 8 P.M. at East LaFollette Baptist Church with Rev. Greg Chandler officiating.  Family and friends will meet Thursday 10:30 A.M. at Walters Funeral Home and proceed to Campbell Memorial Gardens for graveside services and interment.  The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 P.M.
