Peggy Ann Wilson Hornsby

Mrs. Peggy Anne Wilson Hornsby, age 79 of Jacksboro passed away Tuesday, January 17, 2023.   She was of the Baptist Faith and a Teacher for 39 years in the Campbell County School System, having retired at Jacksboro Elementary.  Peggy was a good teacher, loved westerns, football, shopping, and her Grandbaby Teagan.  She was preceded in death by Parents, Virgil and Ora Marie Brantley Wilson, Sisters, Wanda Peters Helton, Margie Sue Wilson, and Catherine Paul, Brothers, James Don Wilson, Dennis Wilson, Eugene Wilson, Paul Wilson, and Claude Wilson. 

Survivors:  Daughter, Darla Greene and husband, Stacey; Son, Thomas Jeffrey “Jeff” Hornsby; Granddaughter, Teagan Greene.  Several Nieces, Nephews, other relatives and friends.   

Funeral Services Saturday, January 21, 2023, 7:00 P.M. at Walters Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Rocky Ramsey and Rev. O.D. Hill officiating.  Interment Services will be private.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 P.M. Saturday before funeral services.  Walters Funeral Home of LaFollette is honored to be serving the family of Mrs. Peggy Anne Hornsby.
