Mrs. Oma Jean Pierce , age 80 of LaFollette, passed away Friday, January 23, 2015. She was a member of Big Creek Gap Baptist Church, retired from Imperial Reading Corp., and worked as a greeter at Wal-Mart after her retirement. Preceded in death by Husband, Troy James (T.J.) Pierce, Parents, Linvil and Sarah West Claiborn Crabtree, several Brothers, and Sisters.
Survivors: Children, Arnold (Squeak) Pierce and wife, Trenna, Jim Pierce and wife, Shelia, Rick Pierce, Vida Rains and husband, Johnny, Charlie Pierce and wife, Wendy, Sabrina Washam and husband, Eddie, and Tom Pierce; several Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren; Brothers and Sister; R. L. Crabtree, Margaret Phyllis Trosper, James, Danny, and Lloyd Dean Claborn; several Step-Brothers, Step-Sisters, Nieces, Nephews, other relatives and friends.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Monday, January 26, 2015, 8 P.M. at Walters Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Johnny Rains officiating. Interment will be held in Flat Hollow Cemetery. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Campbell County Cancer Association, P. O. Box 122, Jacksboro, TN 37757.
