Mildred Lynch Ellison

Mrs. Mildred Lynch Ellison age 94 of LaFollette, passed away Sunday, March 1, 2015.  She was a member of the Davis Chapel Community Baptist Church.  Preceded in death by Son, James Vaughn Ellison; parents, James Franklin Lynch and Cordelia Virginia Spangler Lynch; and several Sisters and Brothers.

Survivors:  Daughters, Faye Childress of LaFollette, Jewell Day and husband, Lee of Morristown; Son, Ray Ellison and wife, Barbara of LaFollette; Eight (8) Grandchildren; Several Great Grandchildren and Great-Great Grandchildren; Daughter-in-law, Carol Ellison of Texas; and Sister-in-law, Pearl Lynch of LaFollette.  Several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services 8 P.M. Thursday, March 5, 2015, at Walters Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mike Grooms, Rev. Matt Childress, and Rev. Sanford Hill officiating.  Family and friends will meet Friday 10:30 A.M. at Walters Funeral Home and proceed to Sunrise Cemetery for graveside services and interment.  The family will receive friends Thursday from 6 to 8 P.M. before services.  In lieu of flowers family requests donations be made to Sunrise Cemetery Care Fund, 183 Eastwood Drive, LaFollette, TN  37766.   Online condolences for Mrs. Ellison may be made at www.waltersfuneralhome.net.  Walters Funeral Home of LaFollette is honored to be serving the family of Mrs. Mildred Lynch Ellison.
