Mavel L. Jones Meadors

Mrs. Mavel L. Jones Meadors age 86 of LaFollette passed away Saturday, July 30, 2016.  She was a loving Mother and will be greatly missed by all.   Preceded in death by Husband, Newman Meadors, Parents, Herman Jones and Nannie Goins Jones, Step-Daughter, Beatrice Meadors.

Survivors:  Nine Children, Betty J. and Weldon Gross of KY, Dillard and Becky Meadors of OH, Ozene and Nana Lou Meadors of TN, Norman and Jenny Meadors of KY, Kay and Charlie Cooper of IN, Joseph and Lisa Meadors of TN, Brenda and Jerry Long of TN, Nathanial and Vickie Meadors of KY, and Jerry and Brittany Meadors of TN; 26 Grandchildren; 31 Great Grandchildren; 17 Great-Great Grandchildren; 1 Great-Great-Great Granddaughter; 10 Nieces and Nephews.  Several other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services Thursday 11 A.M. at Walters Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ned Asbury officiating.  Interment to follow at Peabody Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M.
