Mary Guy

Mary Helen Guy Irwin age 77 of Aiken, SC, formerly of LaFollette passed away Wednesday, November 26, 2014.  She was born in Jellico, TN on March 27, 1937.  A member of Hillcrest Baptist Church.  She was a former cook with Colonial House Restaurant, Sharp’s Restaurant, and retired with Cracker Barrel.  Preceded in death by Granddaughter, Shayne Kelly Irwin; Parents, James Charles Guy and Helen Elizabeth Norman Guy; Brother, Billy Ray Guy.

Survivors: Children, Gwen Davis and husband Clinton, of Knoxville, and William Hughie Irwin of Rome, GA; Grandchildren, Brandon Davis of Knoxville, Lauren Irwin and Matthew William Irwin, of Jerseyville, IL, and William Jesse Irwin of Rome, GA; Sister, Carolyn Sue Guy Ritchie and husband Gene, of Conover, NC; Brother, James Charles Guy, Jr. and wife Kim, of Loudon, TN; 2 Nieces, 1 Nephew.

A memorial service was held in honor of Mary in Aiken, SC.  Private Interment was held in Campbell Memorial Gardens.  Online condolences for Mary may be made at www.waltersfuneralhome.net.  South Carolina Cremation Society of Lexington, SC and Walters Funeral Home of LaFollette were in charge of arrangements.
