Josephine Comer

Mrs. Josephine Comer, age 80 of LaFollette, passed away Monday, February 27, 2023.  She was a Member of Coolidge First Baptist Church.  She was a very loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother, and caregiver for many individuals in her community.  Preceded in death by Husband, Carl Pat Comer, Parents, Alvin and Edna Stout Heatherly, Sisters, Effie Jane Miller and husband, John L., and an Infant Sister, Brothers, John Boy Heatherly, Kelly Heatherly, Jackie Heatherly, and Fred Heatherly and wife, Betty. 

Survivors:  Son, Richard Comer and wife, Sharon; Grandchildren, Molly Josephine Comer, Emma Edwards, and Loren Edwards; Brother, Bobby Heatherly and wife, Janice; Special Nieces and Caregivers, Starla Collins and husband Curtis and Patsy Miller; Grandchildren of the Heart, Joshua and Hannah Collins; Special Friend, Bobbie Heatherly.  Several other Nieces, Nephews, other relatives, and friends.   

Family and friends will meet Saturday March 4, 2023, 10 A.M. at Walters Funeral Home and proceed to Campbell Memorial Gardens for an 11 A.M. Graveside Service and Interment with Rev. Chuck Kohlmeyer officiating.  Walters Funeral Home of LaFollette is honored to be serving the family of Mrs. Josephine Comer.
