Jean Smith Rutherford

Mrs. Jean Smith Rutherford age 90 of Jacksboro, passed away Tuesday, January 13, 2015.  A member of Fincastle United Methodist Church.  She along with her late husband, Adron owned and operated the “Snack Bar” Restaurant in LaFollette for many years.  In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by parents, Herbert and Fannie Dudley Smith and Sister, June Graves.

Survivors:  Children, Cynthia Rutherford Rainwater and husband, Jerry, David Adron Rutherford and wife, Nancy, Tommy Rutherford and wife, Linda, and Alice Rutherford Pate and husband, Jim; Four Grandchildren, Thomas Rutherford, Elizabeth Rutherford, Cindy Rutherford Lepore, and Charles David Rutherford; Four Great Grandchildren, Adron Robert Rutherford, Olivia Rutherford, Vi Elizabeth Lepore, and Lilly Lepore.  Several other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends from 1 to 2:45 P.M. Friday at Walters Funeral Home Chapel and then proceed to Fincastle Cemetery for 3 P.M. graveside service and interment with Rev.
