Fred Violet

Mr. Fred Forester Violet age 77 of LaFollette, passed away at his home June 11th, 2015.  He was a member of Cedar Creek Baptist Church.  Mr. Violet is preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Viola Violet; Two Sons, Alvin Thomas and Billy Ray Violet; Father, Lee Violet; Mother, Agnes Sweat; Sisters, Daphne Claxton, Cloeva Kitts, Jackie Skowron; Brother, Casper Buck Violet.

He is survived by his Two Daughters, Janie Lee Violet, and Tena Violet Way and husband, Jimmie; Son, Freddy Dean Violet; Sisters, Callie Bielski; Daughters-in-law, Lori and Donna Violet; Seven Grandchildren, Angela Howell, Kevin Violet, Christena King, Joey Leach, Alicia Powers, Miranda and Chase Carroll; Four Great-grandchildren, and a host of Nieces and Nephews.

Funeral Services Saturday 8 P.M. at Walters Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bill Wilson and Rev. J.T. Bryant officiating.  Family and friends will meet Sunday 9:15 A.M. at Walters Funeral Home and proceed to Goins-Sweat Cemetery for 10 A.M. graveside services and interment.  The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 P.M.
