Elois Bolton Shears-McCullah

Mrs. Elois Bolton Shears-McCullah age 87 of LaFollette, formerly of the Stinking Creek Community passed away Tuesday, January 27, 2015.  She was of the Christian Faith, and retired from Alpha Industries.  Preceded in death by Children, Virgil Leland Shears and Kay Shears; Husband and Father of her Children, Rev. V.H. Shears; Parents, Tom and Liddie Bolton; Brothers, Andrew, Elbert, Hobart, Lewis, Cecil, and Willis Bolton; Sisters, Mary Bolton-Lay, Rachel Pettit, and Lola Irwin; Sons-in-law, Lawrence “Nub” Norman, Larry Jones, Stephen “Butch” Moore, and Mickey Lawson.

Survivors: Husband, Nathan McCullah of the Stinking Creek Community; Daughters, Sue Pollard and Husband, George, of Wartburg, Leah Shears Elam of Knoxville, Pat Lawson Jones of Clinton, and Vonda Moore of Indiana; Sons, Gene Shears and wife Audrey, of Jacksboro, Jerry Shears and wife Brenda, of Speedwell; and Tim Shears and wife Tammy, of LaFollette; Brother and Sister, Clarence “Bass” Bolton of the Hickory Creek Community and Ethel Keathley of LaFollette; 12 Grandchildren, 19 Great-grandchildren, 7 Great-great-grandchildren; Stepchildren, Anna Hatmaker and Husband, John, Mary Catherine McCullah and Jim, Jackie McCullah, and Perna Perkins and husband, Clint; Several Nieces, Nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services Friday 7 P.M. at Walters Funeral Home Chapel with Bishop Delmus Bruce and Rev. Donnie Douglas officiating.  Family and friends will meet Saturday 12 P.M. at Woodlawn Cemetery for graveside services and interment. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 P.M. Friday before Funeral Services.  The family requests that in lieu of flowers memorials be made to Campbell County Cancer Association, P. O.
