Dorothy Sharp

Mrs. Dorothy Mae Sharp age 66 of LaFollette passed away Monday, December 1, 2014 at LaFollette Medical Center.  She was a member of Victory Baptist Church.  Mrs. Sharp was employed with BSH Home Appliance for over 20 years, and former owner of D & D Discount Mart in downtown LaFollette.  Preceded in death by Parents, Elmer James “Bud” Hammel and Geraldine Rucker Hammel; Stepson, Harvey Sharp; Stepdaughter, Judy Faye Walker.

Survivors: Husband of 46 years, Noble R.L. Sharp of LaFollette, Children, Shelia Sharp of LaFollette, Robert James Sharp and wife Vicky, of Davenport, IA, Noble R.L. Sharp, Jr. and wife Theresa, of LaFollette, and Mary Reed and husband David, of LaFollette; Grandchildren, Jessica Treadway, Tiera Bollinger, Sabrina Watts, and Devon Sharp; Five Great-grandchildren; Sisters, Patricia Hulon and Barbara Nesbit, both of New Jersey; Several Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services Thursday 2 P.M. at Victory Baptist Church with Rev. Walter Miller officiating.  Interment to follow in Victory Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 P.M.
