Billie Phillips

Mr. Billie Phillips , age 86 of LaFollette, passed away Friday, August 13, 2021.  He was of the Baptist Faith and loved and enjoyed being with his family very much.  Billie was a hard worker, enjoyed fishing, and coon hunting.  Preceded in death by Wife, Fannie Spencer Phillips, Daughters, Kathy Lynn Phillips and Michelle Phillips, Son, Wayne Phillips, Parents, Frank and Maggie Daugherty Phillips, Sisters, Elizabeth Taylor, Cressie Smith, Bessie Carroll and Betty Carroll, Brothers, Millard, John, and Bobbie Phillips.

Survivors:  Children; Homer and wife, Porsha, Burt and wife, Rachel, Jackie and wife, Sandra, and Melissa Phillips; Several Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren; Special Brother, Frank Phillips and wife, Faye; Sister, Mamie Roseberry; Special Sisters-in-law and Brother- in-law, Hazel Martin and husband, Danny, Martha Campbell, and Cindy Godsey; and his little dog, Spud.  Several Nieces Nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services Sunday, August 15, 2021, 7:00 P.M. at Walters Funeral Home Chapel.  The family will receive friends Sunday from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. before funeral services.  Friends and family will meet Monday, August 16, 2021, 11:00 A.M. at Walters Funeral Home and proceed to Raines Grove Cemetery in Caryville for graveside services and interment.  Online condolences for Mr. Phillips may be made at www.waltersfuneralhome.net.  Walters Funeral Home of LaFollette is honored to be serving the family of Mr. Billie Phillips.
