Betty Wilson

Mrs. Betty Jane Carroll Wilson age 79 of LaFollette passed away Saturday, September 3, 2016.  She was a member of Grantsboro Baptist Church.  Preceded in death by Parents, Barney Carroll and Rosie Riggs Carroll, Sisters, Mary Gibson, Carrie “Pug” McFarland, Jean Gillum, Susie Mefford, and Lucille “Blue” Hunley, Brothers, Everett Carroll and Barney Carroll, Jr.

Survivors:  Sons, Michael Carroll, Jerry Wilson, Jeff Wilson and Wife, Carol whom Betty considered her own Daughter; Daughter, Melissa Wilson Jenkins and Husband, Wendell; Grandchildren, Keisha Wilson, Geri Wilson, Emma Wilson and Quentin Jenkins; Sisters, Agnes Carroll, Minnie Carroll, and Cloretta “Rita” Carroll; Brother, Jesse Carroll.  Several Nieces, Nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services Monday 7 P.M. at Walters Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. James Adkins and Rev. Chris Wallen officiating.  Family and friends will meet Tuesday 10:30 A.M. at Walters Funeral Home and proceed to Bakers Forge Cemetery for graveside services and interment.  The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 P.M.
