Barbara M. Overbay

Barbara M. Overbay, age 51 of LaFollette passed away Sunday, October 15, 2023.  She was of the Baptist Faith.  Barbara deeply loved her family and beloved “Grand dogs,” and was so excited to meet her first Grandchild, Mavryk, due at any moment.  Preceded in death by Father, Charles Middleton, and several aunts and uncles. 

Survivors: Daughter, Carissa Johnson and Husband, Mark; Sons, Scott Overbay, II and Wife, Kayla; and Joshua Overbay; Mother, Carol Middleton; Brother, James Middleton and Wife, Laura; Nephew and Niece, Ryan and Lily Middleton; Several cousins, other relatives and friends. 

Funeral Services Wednesday, October 18, 2023, 7:00 P.M. at Walters Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Trevor Bean officiating.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 P.M. Wednesday before funeral services.  Family and friends will meet Thursday, October 19, 2023, 10:00 A.M. at Walters Funeral Home and proceed to Braden Cemetery for 11:00 A.M. Graveside Services and Interment. Pallbearers:  Steven Skidmore, Michael Middleton, Mark Johnson, Ryan Middleton, Dustin Raines, and Mykel Griffin, Honorary Pallbearer: Donnie Paul Middleton.  Walters Funeral Home of LaFollette is honored to be serving the family of Barbara M.
