Avery Dennis "Denny" Lambert

Mr. Avery Dennis “Denny” Lambert, age 80 of LaFollette passed away Thursday, January 25, 2024.  He was a long-time and faithful member of Hillcrest Baptist Church.  Over his career, Denny had many different jobs including: Maintenance Supervisor with LaFollette Hospital and Meadowbrook Manor Nursing Home, taxi driver, rail-roader, Lollipop maker at Fannie Farmer Candy Factor, and served the residents as a Constable.  Denny also loved fishing and visiting with his friends at McDonald’s.  Preceded in death by Parents, William and Rachel (Owens) Lambert, Infant Daughter, Karen Lambert, Brothers, Jay, Curly, and Lee Lambert, Sisters, Carol Edwards, Paulette Pebley, and Ann Goins, Father-in-law and Mother-in-law, Kenneth and Betty Blasdale, Beloved in-laws, “Granny and Pap”, Brothers-in-law, Paul Goins, David King, Will Edwards, K.C., Patrick, and David Blasdale, Sisters-in-law, Fay Lambert and Betty Lambert. 

Survivors: Wife of 60 years, Connee Lambert; Sons, Dennis Keith Lambert and Kevin Lambert; Grandson, Dylan Chase Lambert; Brothers, Herman Lambert, Bill Lambert and Wife, Joyce, and Brian Keith Lambert; Sisters, Peggy King and Martha Lambert; Brothers-in-law, Louie Pebley, Chris, Matthew, Mike, and Steve Blasdale; Sisters-in-law, Della Lambert, Anne Lambert, and Jeannee Blasdale; Very special friend to the family, Patricia Martin; Numerous Nieces, Nephews, other relatives and friends.  

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 30, 2024 from 6:00 – 7:00 P.M. at Walters Funeral Home Chapel.  Funeral Services will follow at 7:00 P.M. with Rev.
