Arlon Durl Jones

Mr. Arlon Durl Jones age 63 of LaFollette, passed away Tuesday, August 1, 2017.  He was established in his Christian faith, loved the Lord, and was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church.  He was employed at Eagle Bend Manufacturing for over 28 years, a farmer, and an accomplished mechanic.  He brought a lot of joy to his family, was loved by all and was a great animal lover, especially horses.  Preceded in death by first wife, Helen Darlene Jones; son, Shannon Durl Jones; parents, Durl and Shirley Jones; and step-granddaughter, Amanda Comer.

Survivors:  Wife, Mollie Jones; Stepsons, Casey Comer and wife Shanon and Ben Comer and wife Kellie; Step Grandchildren, Timothy “Tigger” Comer and Miranda “Rosebud” Comer; Sisters, Margaret McCullah and husband Fred, and Portia Hatfield and husband Clarence; Twin Sister, Arlene Sharp; Special Parents-in-Law, O.D. and Billie England; Brother-in-Law and Sister-in-Law, Kelly and Michelle England; 3 Nephews, 4 Nieces, 1 Great Nephew, 1 Step Great Nephew, and 4 Great Nieces; Special Friend, Tony Kidwell.  Arlon’s beloved special dog, Daylee.  Several other relatives and friends.

Funeral services Thursday 6 P.M. at Walters Funeral Home Chapel with Rev.
