Albert Lee Rose, age 60 of LaFollette passed away peacefully Monday, January 1, 2024, after a lengthy battle with cancer.  Albert was a very loving Father, Grandfather, and Great-Grandfather.  Albert enjoyed the outdoors, taking trips, and 4-wheeling with friends and family.  He was of the Christian faith and a long time member of Woodson Gap Baptist Church.  Albert was employed at Alden Resources, and leaves behind several friends there.  Preceded in death by Mother, Jewel Rose, Brother, Charles (Toe) Rose, Mother-in-Law, Alene Broyles, and Father-in-Law, Charlie Fitchpatrick.

 

Survivors:  Wife of 42 years, Charla Rose; Son, Daniel; Daughter, Felicia; Father, Edd Rose; Granddaughters, Madison and Rozaland; Grandsons, Isaiah and Waylon; Great-Granddaughter, Lilah; Brothers, Stevie Rose and wife, Samantha, Larry Rose and wife, Amy and Roger Rose and wife Tracie; Sisters, Connie Jones and husband, Bobby and Tammy Bolton and husband, Dale; Special Sisters-in-Law, Brenda Rose and Joyce Mitchell; Brothers-in-Law, Reese Smith and wife, Loretta, William Fitchpatrick, Wayne Fitchptrick, and Gary Fitchpatrik.  Albert also leaves behind a host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, and special friends and family members.     

 

A Celebration of Life Service will be Saturday, March 16, 2024, 4:00 P.M. at his home.  Walters Funeral Home of LaFollette is honored to be serving the family of Albert Lee Rose.
