Aaron Cummings

SSGT (Ret.) Aaron Garner Cummings age 87 of Ringgold, GA passed away Sunday, November 4, 2018 at Erlanger East Hospital in Chattanooga, TN after a brief illness.  He was a member of East LaFollette Baptist Church and served in the U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force.  Preceded in death by Wife of almost 64 years, Lena E. Cummings, Parents, Sandy and Gertrude Bailey Cummings, and Five Brothers.

He is survived by his Son, Charles Cummings and Wife, Amelia, and Daughter, Anne Baldridge and Husband, Joe; Four Grandchildren and Four Great-grandchildren; Sister, Mildred Farmer; Several Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 P.M. Thursday at Walters Funeral Home with Funeral Services to follow at 7 P.M. with Rev. Hobert McCreary officiating.  Family and friends will meet Friday 10:30 A.M. at Walters Funeral Home and proceed to Woodlawn Cemetery for graveside services and interment.
